My Story

As a dedicated doctor specializing in stroke neurology, neurointervention, neuroimaging, neurosonology, and certified lifestyle medicine, I've seen firsthand the impact of unhealthy lifestyles on our health. Every day in my practice, I encounter patients suffering from heart attacks, strokes, and neurodegenerative diseases. It's heartbreaking to see that many of these cases could have been prevented with better lifestyle choices, risk factor control, regular holistic health checks, and adult vaccinations.

I genuinely feel for each of my patients, treating them with empathy and passion. Yet, by the time they come to me, their diseases are often advanced. Despite trying various forms of medicine, from allopathy to Ayurveda, homeopathy to naturopathy, and more, reversing their conditions can be incredibly challenging.

I often think, "If only they had come to me sooner, simple lifestyle changes could have made a world of difference." This realization inspired me to create Dr. Harsha’s Lifestyle & Prevention Centre. By focusing on prevention, I've found that we can also reduce the risk of heart attacks, certain cancers, neurodegenerative diseases, and even reverse diabetes and hypertension naturally. These conditions share common root causes that can be addressed through lifestyle modifications.

Our center is dedicated to holistic health evaluation and promoting awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle—not just for patients, but for everyone. Prevention is most effective and cost-efficient at the earliest stages of disease. Modern medicine should prioritize lifestyle, yet it isn't widely practiced. My goal is to advocate for lifestyle medicine among my peers in modern medicine as well.

It's this proactive approach to health that some companies are already using to reverse diabetes, hypertension, and other ailments. At our center, we are committed to spreading this vital message and helping as many people as possible lead healthier, happier lives
