We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a 7 days full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase on physical goods if any and 24 hours on online courses .
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, you may contact lifestylepreventioncenter@gmail.com within stipulated time of the purchase and we will issue you a full refund provided that you’ve completed at least the first module of our service physical or online to claim unsatisfactory clause.
Not going through the courses , not getting results without following the recommendation,or not satisfied with the product , for the physical product will be replaced if its not in good working conditions and not on the basis of its effects and blindly asking for the refund won’t be acceptable. But after going through the process and if you really feel our course are not satisfactory, then the refund will be initiated. All this should happen within 24 hours of the date of purchase for all the online courses and within 7 days for all the physical goods as per terms and conditions .
