We start with a deep diagnostic — not a standard health check. We identify your specific problem, metabolic blockers, gut health status, and lifestyle factors driving your symptoms
You are never left alone. Monthly check-ins with Dr. Harsha, fortnightly accountability sessions, lab monitoring every 3 months, and protocol adjustments as your body responds.
Based on your assessment, Dr. Harsha builds a personalised 6 or 12-month protocol across nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and metabolic support. Nothing generic. Everything specific to you.
Nutrition × Movement × Sleep × Stress Management × Metabolic Reset
Every pillar is assessed, personalised, and monitored throughout your program.
I was 38, running a startup in Koramangala — then stroke hit me like a wall."

"My doctor told me what happened. Stroke Smart Living told me what to do next."
"I had my stroke at 54, right here in Jayanagar, Bangalore. My family was shattered. The hospital gave us discharge papers — but no one told us how to actually live after a stroke. Dr Harsha' s Stroke Smart Living filled that gap with so much warmth and clarity. The lifestyle tips, the emotional support, the small daily wins — it rebuilt not just my health, but my confidence as a father and husband. This program gave our family our life back."

Can stroke damage be reversed?
Brain damage from a stroke cannot be fully undone. However, the brain has remarkable neuroplasticity — its ability to rewire and recover function over time. With structured intervention, many stroke survivors regain significant mobility, speech, and cognitive function. More importantly, stroke recurrence risk can be dramatically reduced through lifestyle intervention, medication optimization, and continuous monitoring. Early intervention (within the first 1–2 years) offers the best recovery window.
Is this program a replacement for my neurologist's care?
No. This program complements your neurologist's treatment plan — it does not replace it. Think of it as the structured lifestyle support system that fills the gaps between your neurologist appointments. We work on with your existing medicine, make medication adjustments and lifestyle changes to optimize your recovery and prevention strategy.
When should I join this program?
Earlier is better — especially within the first few years post-stroke. The first 12–24 months are the most critical recovery window when neuroplasticity is highest. However, even if your stroke was 5+ years ago, structured lifestyle intervention can still reduce recurrence risk and improve quality of life. Prevention is never too late. If you have stroke risk factors but have not had a stroke yet, this program can help you avoid one.
What if I live outside Bangalore?
The Most part of program is available remotely via video consultation and WhatsApp monitoring. While we have a physical clinic in JP Nagar for those who prefer in-person visits, most patients continue the program from home with regular virtual check-ins. Location is not a barrier — structured support works regardless of where you are. But we recommend one visit if possible for all the risk factor tests and one to one physical consultations with Dr Harsha. We do have patients pan India and International who do visit clinic once a while and have full advantage of program via online calls and msg .
How is this different from standard physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy focuses on regaining physical movement — which is critical. This program goes beyond that. We address the lifestyle root causes that led to your stroke in the first place: blood pressure control, cholesterol optimization, stress management, sleep quality, dietary habits, and brain health practices. Physiotherapy helps you walk again. This program helps you prevent the next stroke while supporting full recovery. while Physiotherapy is the initial step and just a minor part in the full recovery.
Can family members participate in the program or enroll for the program?
Yes. Family is at high risk of the next stroke, we help and provide guidance that is a core part of the program. also the risk screening is done and we can predict the chances of stroke for the family members and create a prevention plan accordingly . Stroke recovery affects the entire family, not just the survivor. We provide education on how to support recovery, what dietary and lifestyle changes help, and how to recognize warning signs of complications. Many patients attend consultations with a family member or caregiver present.
Dr. Harsha is a lifestyle medicine specialist based in Bangalore with a singular focus: helping Stroke patients with achieve measurable, documented reversal getting back to life — not just management.
Early in his career, Dr. Harsha watched stroke patients leave the hospital with discharge papers and dead silence. He knew the medication was preventing the next stroke — not rebuilding the life the first one had taken.
He spent years studying the clinical evidence behind lifestyle-driven stroke recovery: neuroplasticity, vascular health, metabolic risk, sleep architecture, stress response, and nutritional neuroscience. Then he built a program around it.
Today, his Stroke Smart Living Program has helped patients across world regain movement, reclaim speech, reduce recurrence risk, and rebuild their independence — under full medical supervision.
"I only take patients I genuinely believe I can help. If your assessment shows this program isn't the right fit, I'll tell you honestly — and guide you toward what is."
